Tasting notes
| Clear medium lemon. Big nose, tangerines and apricots but also a definite nod to classic Sauvignon Blanc grass and green pepper in the background. Palate very weighty, lots of texture, ripe fruit, apricots, oranges, heady and full. Full bodied and really creamy. Good balancing acidity keeps everything in line. Long finish. Really interesting, never had a Sauvignon Blanc like this before. |
