Tasting notes
| Clear medium garnet fading to clear at rim. Surprisingly reticent on the nose but still quite complex, cherries, tapenade, soy sauce, dried meats, vanilla. Palate has dark fruit, leather, black olives, bitter herbs but also an almost floral note. Medium body and quite fresh with bright acidity. Light chalky tannins and a long finish. |
