Tasting notes
| Clear medium lemon. Sweet limes, wax, honeycomb, spice, smoke on nose, alluring and elegant. Palate follows with pronounced smokiness and minerality, complex and interesting. Still medium(+) acid so feels very refreshing and mouth-watering. A little watery on the aftertaste, but finish goes on for some time with lingering notes of lemon peel and pith. |
