Tasting notes
| Clear dark lemon. Beautiful nose of lemon zest, candle wax, smoke, a touch of chalk. Lovely balance and tension. Palate has a big lemony hit balanced with the smoky waxiness. Bright fresh acidity keeps it clean and mouth watering - but not sharp or excessively tart. Very harmonious, long clean citrus finish. Maybe slightly thin but overall just lovely. |
