Tasting notes
| Clear dark lemon - lovely colour. Pronounced nose of lime, smoke, honey, candle wax, paper from old books. Medium body and palate with some apricot as well as lime, stem ginger in syrup, lemon pith. Not as complex as nose but nonetheless v nice. Medium acidity so still surprisingly fresh. Long finish with lemon pith remaining, cleanses palate on way out. |
