Tasting notes
| Clear pale ruby. Quite pronounced nose, red cherry, cloves, lots of smokiness. A little touch of leather. Light bodied but medium(+) palate, red berries, pepper, herbs, charcoal. Reasonably high acidity means it feels very fresh and light. Some slight dusty tannins gives it a bit of class and structure, nice balance, elegant. Medium finish with lingering spiciness. Great especially considering the price. |
