Tasting notes
| Pale medium lemon. Medium intensity nose but so complex, lemon and lime, some herbal notes, wet stone minerality and also a surprising amount of older Riesling petrol for something so young. Zesty rather than honeyed though. Palate has so much depth, loads of citrus fruit character and a real creaminess but also this underlying tension from the minerality. Mouthwatering acidity. Powerful all round but great balance and a huge finish. Really incredible. One for the long term. |
