Tasting notes
| Clear pale lemon. Strong nose, lime and dried apricots, a little smokiness. Palate follows, big and mouth filling but also focused and refreshing, superb balance and tension between the citrus and the medium(+) acidity and the rich opulent texture. Huge finish, fades out slowly with that incredible balance staying all the way. |
