Tasting notes
| Clear medium(+) caramel brown. Lovely complex intense nose, dates, dried raisins, burnt sugar, coffee. Palate follows, lots of dried fruit and spice, Christmas pudding in a glass. Beautifully smooth, wears its alcohol lightly. Surprisingly fresh acidity offsets the richness. Long finish, sticky dates and caramel. Perfect wine for pairing with Christmas tree decoration! |
