Tasting notes
| Clear medium ruby tending to light brown at rim. Medium(+) intensity nose, very complex, cherries, cherry liqueuer, raspberries, vanilla spice, cut grass. Palate more savoury, beef stock and leather but also the cherry fruit too - although darker than on the nose. Lots of structure, good balancing acid, some grippy but quite soft tannin, very long finish. Really liked this. |
