Tasting notes
| Light brick red, nose has loads going on with strawberries, cherries, cloves, camphor, vanilla, cinnamon. Palate just starting to come together, there is a lot of oak here still and it is dry with dusty tannins, but the fruit and leathery notes are quite harmonious with it - definitely not subtle at this point though! Enjoyed this so much more than the last bottle. Lots of room to evolve over the next few years. |
