Tasting notes
| Clear medium lemon. Quite large and excitable bubbles, but soft mousse of palate. Nose has fresh juicy red apples, with toast and brioche in the background. Palate follows, more yeasty than nose, some pear and digestive biscuit. High acidity keeps the richness in check, still feels rich and luxurious though. Lovely balance, persists through the very long finish. VG. |
