Tasting notes
| Clear pale gold. Medium(+) nose, lemon pith, digestive biscuits, sawdust, fresh mint. Candle wax on palate and a saline finish. Medium(+) body, rich but not creamy. High acid but enough body and fruit to balance it out. Really long finish. Absolutely not a traditional Semillon but very nice nonetheless. |
