Tasting notes
| Clear deep ruby fading to garnet. Powerful and complex nose, blackberries, plums, raisins, cedar, sandalwood, vanilla, pepper. Medium body, blackberries and blackcurrants, medium acidity and fine tannins. A big hit of kirsch at the end and then a long vibrant finish, rich but also refreshing. Lovely now and plenty of promise for the future too. |
