Tasting notes
| Clear pale salmon (very pretty in the glass catching the early evening sun!) Nose is very elegant with grapefruit, satsumas, strawberries and cream and a touch of white pepper. Palate has lovely refreshing acidity but not tart - nicely in balance with the fruit. Finishes with a good lick of wet stone minerality. The only flaw with this wine is the speed at which it evaporates from the glass. |
