| Clear medium lemon. Medium(-) nose, soft lemon, a little bit of boiled sweet. Opens up on palate, conference pears, custard, cream, brioche, ever so slightly tart from lemon pith in the background. Medium body, very creamy and round. A hint of toast on the aftertaste. Medium acid, nicely in balance, finishes lemony and refreshing. |
