Tasting notes
| Clear medium lemon. Medium nose, lots of smoke, struck match, a bit of lemony citrus, a touch of plasticine. Palate follows with a lot of smoke and sharp lemon, medium(+) acidity, medium refreshing finish with lemon pith persisting. Thought it was a touch butterscotch-y and oxidised on first opening but that seems to have blown off - still probably wiser to drink sooner rather than later. |
