Tasting notes
| Tasted side by side with Les Castets and Les Murgers des Dents de Chien. Clear pale gold. Medium nose, lots of caramel, toffee apple, burnt sugar. Palate follows, only a hint of citrus fruit but lots of these caramel-like notes, a little waxy and creamy, quite round mouthfeel. Medium acidity, less mouthwatering than Castets and Murgers but still a touch of freshness. Medium finish. Nice - but I think we should drink the other bottles quite soon. |
