| Clear pale gold. Medium nose, double cream, green apple (sweet, not sour), lemon peel, apple pie, struck match. Palate a little flat relative to nose, lemon pith and a hint of butteriness, round mouth feel but no real complexity. Medium(-) acidity, verging on flabby. Medium finish with lots of lemon pith. |
