| Clear pale lemon. Medium nose, citrus, lemon tart, pastry, struck match. Palate has lots of lemon curd, high acidity, lemon zest and pith, a little bit of texture and creaminess but very bright and refreshing. Mouthwatering fresh finish, lots of lime and lemon. |
