Tasting notes
| Clear pale lemon. Powerful but elegant nose, lemons, apricots, banana, pastry, smoke, cloves. Palate has much more citrus fruit with a touch of the smoke and spiciness from the nose, lots of waxy lemons on the aftertaste and all the way to the end of the long finish. Medium(+) acidity, very refreshing but well balanced against medium body and texture. Nice now but expect this will get more interesting over the next couple of years. |
