Tasting notes
| Medium clear ruby. Intense nose, blackberries, plums, violets, soy sauce, bacon fat. Palate is fruit forward at first, more red than black, with a floral lift, then turns savoury at the end - marmite, olives, peppery spice, then a long finish. Medium body and acidity, lovely round soft tannins, very well balanced, very easy to drink but complex and interesting at the same time. |
