Tasting notes
| Clear pale lemon with a hint of copper. Vigorous medium-sized bubbles. Pronounced nose of red apples, brioche, digestive biscuits, pastry, apple pie, toast. Palate follows, rich and creamy, pinot noir really shines through with lots of weight and structure. Bright acidity keeps things in check and stops it from being flabby. Medium finish with autolytic notes persisting. VG for a NV champagne. |
