Tasting notes
| Pale lemon. Quite restrained nose at first, soft apples and lemons, a little brioche - but opened up considerably over a couple of hours to reveal fresh bread, spices, almonds, nectarines, vanilla. Palate also took a while to get going, at first just golden delicious apples with a few floral notes and a touch of minerality, but later honey, cashew nuts, gingerbread. Medium+ acidity and medium body, long finish. |
