Tasting notes
| Clear pale gold. Medium+ nose, lots of custard and vanilla, pastry, toast, golden delicious, apple crumble, a little white pepper. Palate like melted vanilla ice cream and slices of apple, mouth-filling texture, lots of body. Medium+ acidity and very long creamy finish. Overall feels a little young and the oak is yet to integrate but lots of potential here. |
